My transmission was getting bad the past summer, slipping all the time. Then winter hit and the prolbem went away. So it just recenlty started again so i decide to fix it. Boy what a difference how that truck shifts.
I had a triple disk torque converter put in with all the upgraded parts. The tranny can handle atleast 500 hp now. Nice firm shifts. I love it. I paid $1700.00 for everything which was the cheapest around.
Anyone else have the triple disk torque converter?

I got the work done near Lansdale PA. I know he put a brand name in cause he even likes how nice they are. I forget which brand though. I think he only charged me $ 800 for the torque converter. I took about 3 days to get it done. Its called PVF inc
