FIRST TOW UPDATE
Towed again this weekend on flat highway pulling 7,000 lbs. Had eot 228 and ect of 207 give or take 1 or 2. I noticed after sitting all saturday and starting up sunday morning the eot was 11* Higher than the ect or tranny. Whats up.

It sounds like you have a bad EOT sensor. Your temps. should be pretty much identical after a cold soak. I would replace the EOT sensor and check the deltas from there. IF the sensor is CONSISTANTLY 11 deg. off throughout the temp. range it looks like you would have a +/- 10 deg. delta which is good but the only way to know for sure is to get a new sensor installed.
