Outside temp. sensor?

I think my outside temp sensor is bad. It says its -14 outside all the time.It does affect the ac and heat. It either too cold or too hot... Is there an outside sensor? Where is it? Do i need to replace to Climate controll? I hope its just the sensor.

Any help would be great.. Thanks Tony

The temp senso is right behind the grill, you can see it. To get to it you have to take off the plastic cover under the hood. I thought mine was bad but I found out that if there is snow around it it can actually give you a false ready, also if there is dirt build up on it, it can give u a false reading. I hope this helps.
