Parking sensor malfunction

I power washed my truck and the parking sensor has been malfunctioning since. I assume it got wet and or iced over on the interior since I can see no obstruction on the out side. Temp is around 20 degrees. Has any one else had this problem and how have you fixed it?
my inclination is to take a blow dryer to it.

I have always had Ford sensors go a bit haywire in the cold and wet weather.. to function just fine later. I am sure others can give you some better info.

and mine work the opposite. perfectly fine in wet or freezing weather, always on in dry.

i think they are trying to tick me off.
