Got my f5 chip in the mail today from dp and my truck won't start with it installed on the pcm, anybody have any insight on what the problem could be?

Everything comes on as normal, but it will just crank, no start, Switch does not light up at all, no number on display or dot in the corner

I scraped off as much silicone as i could with my finger nail then used the scotch brite pad they supplied and took off some more, should the pins be tin colored or copper colored once all the silicone is removed?

Ya know what? That's exactly what I said the first time I hit the throttle with a chip. It started me down the path to get everything I could out of the stock injectors and turbo - and it just kept getting faster and more fuel efficient.

Congratulations, you've taken your first step on the path!

Well, i kinda knew what to expect because i had an 80e tune burned to my PCM last year, but that 120hp tune is just crazy, spun my wheels off the line then chirped them into second, never had something with an auto that could do that. Next thing on my list is the AIH delete, what do i do with the wires on it to not throw a CEL?

I did the AIH delete and I just removed everything except the relay (backup for GPR).

As for the SES light, you'd have to install a thing that regulates the max boost going to the MAP sensor. [LINK]
