No start. Cel. Theft light

No start. Cel. Theft light
Well I went to have a guy at work scan my truck to see why my o/d light is flashing
His scanner wouldn't connect so I unhooked my ts chip still wouldn't after that
Now with the chip unplugged. I can't start with it on I can't start
My cel is on and my theft light just blicks
My wait to start never comes on but my glow plugs do start up and warm up
All I have is cranking but that's it
Any ideas?

Kind of wondering if the pats system won't agree with my key now?
But I'm stuck here at work till my wife brings my spare key to try but i don't get the cel. I have power to my obd2 but it keeps reading error
Edit I unplugged the pats Module. But cel is on and still just cranks

It sure will, one of the members had this same problem put the chip back in the same position it was taken out and set it back to stock and unplug the batts before removing.

PATS relearn is required.
*THEFT LIGHT (on Excursions) - If the theft light flashes rapidly and the vehicle won't start, the Passive Anti-theft system (PATS) will need to be reset. To reset the*PATS, perform the following steps:
Turn the key on, but do not attempt to start the vehicle.Wait for the theft light to quit flashing rapidly. This should take about 45 seconds, after which the THEFT light will flash multiple times about every 3 seconds.Turn the key off and remove the key from the ignition for 30 seconds.Insert the key and turn the ignition to the ON position.The THEFT light should illuminate for about 5 seconds and then go out.PATS*System should now be resetYou should be able to start your vehicle normally

Haha I tried that reset didn't work I unplugged the pats module anyway
But yeah cel but I can't connect to the obd2. Has power scanner just says error
And the wait to start isn't coming on. But glow plugs cycle
Those two things confuse me
