I think to identify the "best" is premature at this point because which paint system/manufacturer may determine from whom to purchase your materials... some jobbers only carry PPG, Dupont, Sikkens, BASF, etc.... some carry a few or all of them. Similarly, have you decided for single-stage, enamel, or Bc/Cc?

Any autobody supply should be able to match that color from the code you have. the question is what paint system are you going to use.

For right now i want to paint the inside of the cab. What type of finish would you guys recommend? I figured i would do a light sand then paint over the original paint. I also need to paint the new door panels and dash
