Externally is this the style I am going for, think it is a 04 Eddie Bauer with a 4in. lift. Not sure what it is exactly about it but it just looks smooth to me. Gonna do more work underneath and around the motor but eventually want to get to a look similar to this one. Anyone have a clue what rims are on this one?

Diamond Eye is reputable, probably won't have problems with it. Since you're in Texas, I would highly recommend getting a straight-through muffler on your exhaust system, since it is the law here. Don't want to get caught with your straight-pipe. Frankly, a 4" system with straight-thru muffler will flow just fine for your needs.
Not going for hellfire & damnation but don't want it quite either love the whistle so looking at that option right now I am leaning towards the MBRP 4" and thinking of throwing a Aero Exhaust/Turbine 5050XL muffler with it. Has anyone used one of these before are they worth the money or should I just straight pipe it out the side?
The MBRP has a nice sound (throaty with a moderate whistle) if you put it in the high-flow direction. The cool thing about their muffler is it's designed to make a different sound, depending on which end is inflow.
