Mine has been real lazy also. Both sides, Slows right down about midpoint to a crawl. I need to try the grease thing also.

On the 99 I had the goofy window would work fine for diff periods of time then just quit??? Turns out the motor armature had a dead spot on it!! If it stopped on that spot no work!!! and always when it looked like rain!!! Bought a rebuilt motor and worked like a charm!!

Make sure the motors are good and try silicone spray in the window channels. The silicone is not as messy as grease, quicker and easier to apply.

Grease collects dust and grit. Not good things to have in your window track. I use and recommend spray graphite. Buy it in a spray can, it sprays on like WD-40 and the carrier then evaporates leaving dry graphite lubricant. It works great, last a long time and it does not collect crap that will compound the problem.
