2000-2003 Injectors
I have an E99 and understand that the stock injectors are smaller than the latter 7.3 injectors.
I forget their designation.
Would it hurt anything to install the latter injectors? Improve performance?
I have a T-500 HPOP installed so that would not be an issue.

Not worth the cost or effort...
AB's (e99) flow about 120cc per 1000
AD's (l99) flow about 140cc per 1000.
The cost and effort involved in swapping them for the 5-10 hp you MIGHT pick up, is not worth it.
