Get a code scanner and check for any codes set and any test incomplete issue.
Look at the brakes front and rear.
Test drive for motor and trans issues.
Condition of exhaust/ header bolts missing etc..
The 5.4 motors can have spark plug blowout issues.
Try out the 4wd both high and low range.
Expect anything at this age.
