Have an 06' F350. Motor has developed a miss when under temp. Feels like its cutting in and out when below operating temp but once Op temp is reached it runs great. Did work to it last year....studs, oil cooler, bulletproof egr cooler, updated STC, standpipes and D plugs, several injectors, etc. Not throwing any codes. Did a power balance test on it when below temp and everything looked OK. Truck has 50K miles on it. Am currently running SRL+ tune from Matt at Gearhead. Returned the truck to stock and same symptoms. Any ideas??
My truck is doing the same Thing and has been for quite some time now. i have an 03 6.0, all i have ever done to my truck is blue spring upgrade and blue hose fix of the egr cooler.... Could it be injector on mine? and my FICM volts are fine i checked that a bit ago when it started happening
I can check the FICM voltage through the top cover as per the Tech folder correct? If its an injector how do you tell which one if you have no trouble codes.
I think I am having the same issue, and not throwing any codes either, except my truck is stumbling a little at idle and while driving around 50-65 mph in OD. I ordered some RevX and am going to give that a shot.
