F/X package question

I have a '04 F-250 4x4 F/x. Does anyone know the difference between regular 4x4 and F/X 4x4. I was just wondering. Also is the leaf spring front end common ?

Fx4 has upgraded shocks and skid plates. Front leaf springs are on all 99-04 super duties they switched to coil spring fronts in 05.

Thanks Kert. I was wondering, a friend has an '05 and it has coil springs. I might add that the coil spring seems to have a better ride.
