Bumpside Chasis Vs Dentside Chasis (Differences?)

What's the differences between a 1969 F250 4X4 frame and a 4x4 dentside frame?

I've got a friend that has a 69 Bumpside 4x4 frame for sale, and I'm wondering if I can throw all of my denside stuff on it so that I can have a 4x4 .

Let me know what you guys think the differences and complications of a conversion like this are.

Looks like a giant "no". I'm not willing to redrill holes for my bed and cab... not up here where the vehicles can be heard rusting on a quiet night...

im for certain i seen another member with a 4x4 that i think was a 73+ body on an earlier frame/drivetrain or other way around. i think he had radiator/core support issues and i came across that thread when i was searching for radiator info.
