I pulled the injectors from my 96 stroker, and I now have a 97. When i pulled them, the motor was on a trailor so it was easy.. How hard is it gonna be with that limited amount of space under the hood to get in there and pry alittle on the injectors of my 97? (I had the injectors out of the 96 re-oringed, and rebuilt and now gonna put them in my 97)
Gonna be the exact same process... Only thing you will need to do is remove the vacuum box on the passenger side on the firewall right above the back of the valve cover... That will be in the way for that back injector... Other than that, same process...
remove vc's
pull injectors
install injectors
bump starter with glow plugs out to remove fluid from cylinders
install gp's
hook up everything
install vc's
start crankin til she comes back to life...
