None of the OBS have rear-hinged doors.
The rear-hinged doors on later EC trucks are NOT suicide doors. They cannot be opened independently of the front door (which [contrary to what twitti-pedia says] is what defines a suicide door).

Honestly if they had done to the obs the half baked crap secondary doors from the SD extended cabbs that would be tragic.
Them things absolutely suck! That was the worst design.

On another note, if anyone here has the answer... the OBS duallys, did they make ANY 4x4? If not anyone do a conversion?

No OBS dually 4x4 _pickups_ from the factory. Some aftermarket converters would either 4x4-ify a dually, or dually-ify a 4x4.
There were 4x4 dually C&C trucks.

Mine's a converted dually 4x4. I did it last winter. You can get dually fenders aftermarket, but I found a complete box and went that route, with a true dually axle, and not just spacers on a srw axle. Use cab and chassis front hubs like madpogue mentioned.
