P1249 waste gate fail. P0675 no 5 glow plug

2000 is pulling these codes. What are they and what do I need to replace? Thanks fellas

P1249 - Wastegate solenoid is mounted to the front of the spider.
Make sure the green connector is fully seated and no broken wires.

P0675 - Bad glow plug. loose UVCH connector or wiring problem.
