In your guys experience, who makes the better filter/water seperator, Baldwin or Fleetguard? I can get either one. The kit I ordered has a Baldwin BF1212 which I will use until it needs changed, but as far as the choice afterwards, the Fleetguard FS1212 is about 6 dollars per unit less expensive than the Baldwin. Just wondering if anyone has actually compared the two and which one is better if at all.

Both are 20 microns absolute and both strip water in the 94-97% range and effectively flow 90gph...honestly I would get whichever one is cheaper.
The FS1000 is the FG upgrade from the 1212 and is 10 microns absolute but is usually pretty spendy.
