I spotted this monster this morning, and the red one earlier this evening. I tried to check out two car shows, one simply ended up not existing (or else my GPS was taking me no where) and the other wanted to charge admission for less then 20 cars sitting in the mall parking lot; no thanks.
Couldn't find a prior mention using search - was binge-watching "The Last Ship" catching up, and about 3-4 episodes ago a couple of the SEALs steal a truck in Florida that looks an awful lot like a '78-79 dent.
I returned to the car show to see if more people had showed up (they definitely had) and I got some good pics. One bump and what I believe is a '66 pickup
There are enough dentsides around here that the local NAPA store carries a lot of parts for them. It's rare that I have to have anything ordered when I need something. The owner, a friend of mine and who I bought my '79 from, said there were way more older Fords still running in the area than comparable Chebbies.
Your so lucky out here were im from finding parts is like trying to find atlantis.
