Well first I have to as how do you know the pump isn't bad? Second there is a relay and I am not positive but I believe it is on the right side that turns the pump on and off. However usually if it is clicking the relay is engaging.

Check if the hose didn't broke, that's what happened to me, water wasn't reaching the nozzles. If that isn't the cause you probably have plugged nozzles, mine were nasty when i made them functional some weeks ago.

So you hear the pump run then you push the button?
The clicking you hear is normal, just the relay turning on/off when you push the button. Now if it's erattic clicking then possibly your issue is in the button. If I puts mine too hard it just clicks rapidly snd nothing happens.

Replaced my nozzles and hoses a few years ago.
Make sure that the pump is actually working first before anything else.
The hoses/tubing gets brittle and may be actually leaking in the cowl area.
It is a time consuming job to replace the tubing, so make sure the
pump is moving the fluid.
