Any solutions as to why my windshield washer stopped spraying? I hear the "noise" as if its going to spray and a click(like a relay) coming from the passenger side underneath the dash but no water sprays out?
Tks for any advice.

Park in a dry spot, hold the washer button for 10 seconds and then look under the truck to see if any washer fluid has dripped down, if it is leaking to the ground, the pump is OK, and the hoses are broken. If you can't find a leak then the pump in the washer reservoir may be shot, or the filter/hose is clooged.
I assume the wipers are cycling, that is probably where the noises are coming from, the wipers are controlled by a relay under the dash( maybe under the dash, not sure)
If the pump is bad they cost about 25 bucks at your local shop, If you pull the reservoir out of the truck you can see the pump, otherwise it is impossible to check while the reservoir is in the truck.
i'm sure you checked the fluid, but when i tried to use mine, two days after i filled it, it didn't work, but i could hear the pump. turns out the hose poped off and i lost all my fluid.
Sounds like the hoses are clogged if the pump is pumping. It could be that the hose came off too. Mine has been doing that occassionally for years. I just put a small hose clamp on it and snugged it up. If you do that don't tighten it up very tight or the tank will crack. I am having a similar same problem. I have replaced the pump motor. It worked for a little while, but now nothing again. The wipers cycle and the relay clicks. The pump is not pumping. Does something else control the pump? I was thinking about putting a new connector on the wiring. I'll probably have to go to Ford for that. I cant figure it out. I have used a multimeter, and it looks like everything is working right. I guess its just not making good connection. I even tried cleaning the connector with Berryman's electronic parts cleaner. I'm at a loss as to what to do.
