First thing I would suggest to the OP, is to get rid of the stacked block's! Ever see where an axle ends up when you spit a block? Towing is going to give you a tremendous amount of wrap, and torquing on stacked block's is crazy! My friends 06 spit the block's twice, It is a MAJOR inconvenience on an on ramp, with a trailer hooked to the back.
If you are insisting on leaving the blocks stacked, traction bars would take some of the torque off of them, and be way better than nothing.
(O my friend has since added an add a leaf kit, and a 4" single block) No problem's since!
I only did the traction bars on my truck for towing. IMO,They turned a good towing truck into a awesome towing truck.
IMO, the newer 08's and up are plagued with axle wrap in the stock platform wither you notice it or not. Im am not sure if the 2011's share the issue, but the problem with the 08-10 is the new leaf spring setup opposed to the older superduty. The spring is longer across the arch which improved the ride but added a little to the axle wrap issue towing heavy loads. This issue is more prevalent with a truck loaded and squatted in the rear, the typical shudder you feel taking off. I had my truck to the dealer a few times over this issue, they tried shimming it for the load but than it acted funny unloaded, they left me with you cant have both, well turns out i could by adding the traction bars. The shame is ive had the truck for 3 years tell this was figured out.
Just to clarify the only reason i recommended the OUO or precision fab traction bar and block is, no matter 3" or all the way to 12" block lift, is all one piece and the traction bars are integrated into the build, they are the only two venders doing this to my knowledge. In addition, after actual looking at either set if you don't feel there strong enough they will upgrade you to 3/4 u-bolts over the factory 5/8 u bolts for an extra 80 bucks or so.
Axle wrap/wheel hop is effectively eliminated with a good set of traction bars (PMF or OUO). They're not particularly inexpensive, but well worth it. And the higher the level/lift the more profound the effect.
You mention PMF or OUO, OUO are twice the money as PMF. From looking and reading one is bushing and one is shackled. Is there really a difference? I guess the reason I am asking is that I am going to have to have someone put all of these mods on for me and that is going to cost even more $$$ Along with the deletes that I need to do to help with the longevity of my truck, we are looking at A LOT of extra cash.
I really appreciate all the input that I am getting on this thread...

Thanks in advance
I bought from pmf, Trevor is awesome to deal with hands down, he has been very helpful with the purchase and the install which I did myself, he left no question unanswered on a saturday at that very nice guy. It took a little while to get my 4.5 lift but it was well worth the wait......just my 10 cents for wats it worth!
