idles rough when warm

bought this truck last year ,had this problem since then have fooled with it all year still no luck.new fuel filter, new cps ,new icp,checked under valve cover gaskets 50 cent mod done, cleaned ipr . same with new or old oil .cct says 8 when hot ,checked 3 times still same . read alot about gray cps causing this. 196000 miles .manual trans. same 1/2 tank to empty on fuel. have done a lot of searching here and posted problem before. will cps cause this problem just when hot?how about injectors or would they show a code? doesn't seem to use oil may be a quart in 6000 miles . truck still runs strong above 2000 rpm.just started pulling my camper again so it warms up quick and really makes it hard to back camper into site . it is a heat related problem as i didn't notice it as bad in winter but only had a 20 mile run to work . now 50 miles pulling 34 foot camper gets warm quick and is terrible when i get there.
