OK..I T into the line..and I'm getting 30lbs of boost at WOT. Guess I don't have a leak. So do you think the MAP sensor is bad or something is tricking it not to see the real boost as not to de-fuel. My feeling is that if it is only seeing 15lbs of boost it is not getting the fuel it should be..Thoughts??

No its getting everything it needs, the tuner is just fooling the PCM to think its only seeing 15psi so it doesnt defuel, your good to go, dont put too much thought into it. If you run much more boost or beat on the truck a lot I would advise head studs before anymore power is added.

So, yes..you are correct..I figured it out. The six gun has a built in boost fooler..but should read correct boost on the six gunner gauge (which was why I thought I had an issue)..because I have a banks chip stacked on it..the chip also came with a diode boost fooler..it didn't need to be on there as the six gun has one already built in..I removed the diode and we are good to go!! Thanks all!! All this because I wanted to see my correct boost. Ha!!
