6.0 not taking fuel

Help my 2006 F250 won't take the fuel. it felt like it was hesatating when starting out from a stop, and will not take the fuel it quit running, but started right back up twice. Then it will squall the tires and run good for a while then it happens again.I have had it 60 days the FORD dealer cleaned the turbo before I bought it,And serviced it. I have put less than 3000 miles on it. I took it to them thinking they might know whats up. Tech said he had never had this issue. I reminded him of the turbo issue. The good thing it did it with him too.He thinks its electrical, said the oil press is good but loosing the signal, to a sensor? I dont' know. This truck is factory no add ons. It has 97000 miles on it. I have been reading every post I could looking for any clue to a connection or issue that could cause this. it is not smoking or skipping it just wont go whe you mash the pedal. Thanks in advance Mike Gandy

If you are going to try to trouibleshoot it yourself, you will probably need a scan tool. The scangaugeII is reasonably priced.

The AutoEnginuity is more expensive, but does a lot more.

We need to know the repair history on it of possible. Get an OASIS report from the dealership. This won't tell you everything done to it - only the warranty repairs. That may "help us help you" though.

BTW - I have never seen a stock 6.0L squeel (or squall) the tires.

Look over the 6.0L bible, especially the sections on sensors and on high pressure oil.

WOW Mark...you've NEVER seen/heard a stock 6.0 burn rubber??? You are very protected! I've done it a number of times.... before the tuner. I don't do it anymore tho...damned fuel is too expensive as well as tires.

Wet Highway LOL

Ok you got me, but the highway was wet.LOL !!! I talked to the Tech today It will not do it again for him. He checked, the wiring connections (I think he means wiggled them) I am to pick it up after lunch Tuesday. They are driving it,and driving it home at night trying to get it to happen again. Now I found out the factory warranty is out (years) got it. So the next big ? Do I need to get a exteneded warranty or just keep check book handy? I guess ya'll know this is a new deal to me. I have drove all kinds of big rigs and lots of construction equipt. but only owned one before this one it was a 1985 C20 with the 6.2 I think.it was easy to figure out . LOL!!!! thanks Mike

update

Dealer called they think ICP & Connector are bad. Tech said he rerouted the wiring,he drove it 270 miles no problems but He thinks it was shorting out. So they want 500$ for A new one installed. He said he would not worry about it unless it cut up again. What do you think is this possible? Also got the Oaisas sheets on it. (1) On 1/21/11 it had ficm reprogramed, (2) 3/7/11 they put new ficm installed with 2 new batt. (3) 10/17/11 had wires to egr replaces due to rodents then (4) 11/7/11 EGR flushed & turbo cleaned, (5) 1/24/12 (the day I bought it,)2000 miles later turbo had to be cleaned again. The last 2 items happened while for sale at dealership.hope you can make sense of this. P.S. it drove great home. I hope I did not mess up buying this truck. thanks guy Mike
