2005 fuel filter

2005 fuel filter
So i bought a new fuel filter for my 05 f250 but i have no idea where it is located or if you need a special tool ro remove it. I'm not a noobie at it i don't have a manual yet any help with location or tool to remove it would be helpful otherwise i will probably find it when i get underneith it tommorrow but any help is greatly app.Thank's Ronjohn

Which engine? 5.4, 6.8 or 6.0?
Generally speaking, if it's gas it should be a canister looking deal inside a frame rail on the driver's side. Buy a fuel line disconnect tool at Autozone, pop the lines off the ends, and put in the new one. If it's the 6.0L, visitor message/Pm your email and I'll send you the Ford walkthrough for it, it's more complicated.
