that is a steal, pms is coming back, i need to fight it for now.
I just did the w/g mod on saturday when I rebuilt my turbo. I turned the hook part in as far as I could while still being able to connect it. Was that wrong? I am getting about 25 psi but when it shifts I hear a weird air surging/blowing noise.
Tim how hard was it to connect after you turned it down 3-4 turns?
Tell me about it, Demon. I felt as though i should've put in a bigger order...
With 25psi, i dont think theres any wrong doin on ur part. Put it in perspective, to achieve half ur #'z, i need to disconnect the reline..lol. With thee amount of turns i did, the "eye" was about 1/4in atmost away from w/g flapper stem. Was able to get it to seat with some light pulling. Believe the air sound ur hearing is the turbo doin its job, blowing off the excess...wish i could make the sound again..
I had to do more than light pulling. But It feels really good so I think its ok also.
You will get back there Tim, just keep fixing stuff like you are doing!
hahaha...nothing like buying new parts to find the culprit...its all good, parts eventually would've need replacing, right? Besides, this "truck" i wanna KEEP.
