Low boost
Well it happened while towing my 7000# travel trailer I have a situation of low boost after stopping for a burger. I pulled back on to the interstate and I noticed I had very little boost, about 5 #. I could get it to go up by stomping on the peddle getting it to down shift the boost would clime up to over 20# but as soon as I backed off it dropped back down. I did this a couple of times and it cleared up. Has anyone had this problem and if so what did you do to correct it. My truck is a 2005 with about 100000 miles on it.

sounds like you have a burger problem...cut back on the burger's and your turbo should go back to normal.
i think its time to pull that turbo and give it a good cleaning. the veins are probably sooted up and are not able to sweep properly.
