Inline transmission temp sender question?

Anyone on here running a trans. temp gauge into the cooler line?

Be prepared to see some temperatures that will scare you. That's normal for that location. But some people like to see the hottest temperature. I don't need that information as much as I need the average trans temp as shown at the test port. But that's just my opinion. Other opinions will vary.

I would like to use a test port sender, but the old C6 doesn't have a test port, so it's either pan or line.
