I got one of mine around that time frame. If you are worried about it Central Texcursion, call their number for the rebate on the rebate form. They can tell you exactly where it is and what's going on with it. They are great!
They confirmed they had it and the gift card was to be mailed soon - good news. It's been about 4 weeks since I sent it in, just to give anyone else an idea of the processing speed this past month.
Call and check the balance then either spend it at Walmart (they allow you to do partial payments) or fill up your X with some diesel. You can pick an exact number when filling up!
Got the card today! Immediately put a dinner, car wash, and tank of gas on it. It's sad how fast the money goes.
I paid $547 for the shocks and lift and got a $500 gift card. And I'll sell the lift kit for at least $100 (I think, hasn't sold in 3 weeks of listings). Thanks for pointing out this great deal!
Ordered my 4 RS9000XL shocks and verified part numbers on form.
Ordered my RS999795 Quick Lift Suspension Lift and checked part number on form, which states: "Rancho® quickLIFT™; RS999700, RS999800 Series."
Sweet! $500 rebate, right? WRONG!! For some reason, the quick lift part number doesn't qualify. Why? Beats me. So, I qualified for the $100 rebate instead. Big difference.
Customer service was nice enough, but direct, "Part number doesn't qualify." They acknowledged what the rebate form says, but there was nothing they can do. Sucks to be me.
CS did give me a name and address to appeal, though she admitted it wouldn't do any good:
Rancho Shock and Awe

It states you only get a $100 rebate when you purchase Two Rancho quicklift loaded and two Rancho rs9000XL shocks. Which is what you purchased.
You were suppose to purchase one Rancho lift kit and four Rancho RS9000XL shocks. The lift kit to purchase should have been the RS6444 which is a jeep lift kit. Rancho doesn't care if you own a jeep or not you just buy it anyways. I sold the jeep lift kit on Craigslist for $100.
