C-6 Oil Fluid Temp

Anyone out there watching fluid temp. I just put a gauge on my 85 F-350 460 C-6 with 4:10 rear. Runs 180 around town but hits 210-215 pulling a mid size trailer on the interstate. Are these normal for the vehicle, it does have the coolers installed.
