c6 fluid capacity

I am currently installing a c6 in my 70 360.
how much tranny fluid should i put in. I drained all the fluid(I THink), and primed the converter with a quart of fluid?

My factory owners manual (1972) says 25 1/2 pints U.S.
21 imperial measure.
