Stalls and no start!!

I have a Ford 2006 F250 6.0 Diesel that has been causing me some issues over the last few months and now I am at a loss and so is the local auto shop. Truck has 79,000 miles on it and a Edge juice with attitude programmer and never blows black or white smoke. Started when the Upper fuel bowl was squirting fuel all over engine and once I recognized it I changed the filter and O ring and problem was fixed (there was a lot of fuel squirted in engine compartment). Then about a month later after driving all day truck stalled (no sputter just like someone turned key off) while going about 45 mph and then restarted and stalled again and would not restart and gave these codes- P1378, U0105, U0306, U0100. Let the truck sit and went back next morning truck fired right up and ran fine, codes were gone for about a week. Then went out in the morning and truck would not cold start but cranks hard and gives a U0105 code(noticed injectors did not buzz). I then checked the voltage on <acronym title="Fuel Injector Control Module">FICM</acronym> it reads strong at 48 before during and after crank. I also checked that the upper bowl was getting fuel and it does with no bubbles. I also drained water/fuel separator and their was some rust. I changed both battery's and checked emergency fuel cutoff switch, and changed lower fuel filter. Truck will now run for short periods of time (2-5 min) then just stall and occasionally gives the U0105 code but not always. I have troubleshot just about everything in the sticky as well as the <acronym title="Fuel Injector Control Module">FICM</acronym> plugs. I am second owner and truck has never had any issues at all. Any help would be appreciated.

With the fuel going all over the Engine I wouldnt be surprised if you also had LOW Fuel Press and the low fuel pressure might have hurt some injectors

The codes you have are not to common

Start checking the FICM harness make shure plugged in

have you replaced the FICM???

Read this could have a bad ficm relay or fuse maybe some corrosion on a FICM harness connection somewhere

And welcome to FTE

Looks like a FICM issue wireing or relay or something

Have you had the FICM out recently or Maybe Bumped the FICM Plugs

OK you said you had 48 Volts FICM Main Power that good

But what do you have for
FICM Lodgic Power??????? should be B+ voltage (12 volts or so)
&
FICM Vehicle Power??????????Should Be B+ Voltage (12 volts or so)

Thanks for the welcome, The FICM was replaced in May of 2010 under warranty, I checked the three plugs below the FICM and all felt tight, I will check logic power and vic power later this afternoon or this evening. The Shop called they are going to replace the fuses today but either way I am going to get the truck back tonight. The closest Ford Dealership has 1 Diesel tech and said it could take 3 weeks to even see my truck. Next option is getting it towed and hour or so to a bigger more reliable Ford dealer.
