Are you missing all of it or just parts?
Here's the illustration from the Ford parts catalog, let me know what you need and I can do a search and see if any are avaiable.

I doubt I'd be able to come up with all the parts individually, Ford never sold this unit as an assembly, you have to order piece by piece. You might try the salvage yards but their inventory is spotty at best and varies widely from area to area (my area has zip for anything older than '85).
Another thing, you might try posting a parts wanted add in the classifieds here. I'm sure there are some FTE'rs out there with what you need, you just gotta find them.
I went and double checked, I posted the wrong illustration. That one was for '73-'76, your '77 is different. The bellcrank is an assembly instead of individual pieces.
Other than standard hardware your setup is only two parts.
