working on my 95 psd 4x4 dually auto. so i pulled into the gas station to fill up. filled the truck up and when i went to leave it would not start. had it towed to our shop to work on it. that same day i changed the fuel filter after the fact and still wouldnt start. let it sit over night and the next morning it fired right up. got it warmed up and shut it off and wouldnt start again. ordered seals for the ipr and bought a new cps. the next morning with motor cold i put the new cps in and changed the seals on the ipr. fired it up and i took it for a spin and it died on me on the drive , it shut off while coming to a stop sign , i couldnt get it fired back up , it didnt shrug or anything it just died as if i shut the key off.i have checked all fuses and unpluged the fuel bowl heater. what else could possibly be bad on it? were do we go from here? any help would be appreciated.
I would put it on a good scanner and monitor the HPOP pressure ...maybe you have a toasted injector o-ring....unless the IPR is NFG ...If you are getting 500 psi when cranking the truck should start...anything less you probably have a bad o-ring

thats what i was thinking maybe bad o rings on injectors , i dont have a scanner to test the hpop and other way to test it?
I did forget to mention that prior to all this , sometimes when the engine was hot and I would go to start it would take a few extra seconds to start but it did. When starting cold it was no problem. But this only started happening like a week or 2 ago
How old is the oil and how cold is it here your at
ok ill try that with the icp , the oil was replaced yesterday after doing the ipr seal . The weather has been in the mid 50s to 60s during day and about 35-40 at night.
update im still having issues , but seems the problem escalated , so after i replaced the ipr o rings , and cps , it started up and ran took around the block coupld times it then died on me as i coming to a stop sign , it was as if someone shut the key off, so we towed it back to shop let it sit overnight went back in next morning tried to start cold and wouldnt start cold now. So now im not able to fire her up at all. I have replace the fuel pressure Screen (old one was brittle and clogged)
