95 psd won't start

My 95 psd sat for a while and now it cranks but it won't fire up q? how many rpms should I see when cranking, I am not seein much of anything right now so I am leaning cps... any thoughts??? thank you much.....trying to get truck scanned too...will advise

You need to see 10.5 volts while cranking over or pcm will not fire injectors.
Might just need batts charged first.
Don't trust dash volt meter

Ok i will check that....checked fuse #22ok.... However i took a look at the cps and the outside probe is very gummed up going to get some cleaner and see
