89 f-150 4" lift springs NEED HELP

I lifted the back of my truck already with some extra lift springs I had laying around. Now it is time to lift the front. I do not want to buy a lift kit since the back is already lifted plus I already have a 4" drop pitman arm.

If I buy a set of 4" lift springs, shocks, and camber adjusters will I need anything else to correctly lift the front of my truck.

Thanks

I am assuming you have front coil springs with ttb. If so you really need some new longer radius arm brackets and pivot brackets...I have a 4'' Rough country lift. With the longer brackets i didnt even need to change anything as far as alignment. The truck drives as straight as an arrow!

Yes, you will need the ttb drop pivot brackets and either extended radius arms (expensive) or drop radius arm brackets (cheaper). You NEED these parts to safely lift the truck

There are 2 different brackets you would have to buy for the ttb, plus the pair of brackets for the radius arms. Every lift company sells their parts seperate I believe, just look it up under their websites. (in no order)

Rough Country
Tough Country
Skyjacker
Superlift
Rancho
BDS
etc etc etc

Thanks Ill have to take some before and after pictures.

Is there an advantage to using longer radius arms instead of the radius arm brackets

Mainly it gives you more articulation. So if its more if a street and mild offroad truck, you dont really need them.

The longer radius arms will keep your camber happy, allowing for much better steering response, and like was said they will also allow for more articulation. BUT they are very pricy, so unless you really want the extra performance, I would just go w/ the drop brackets.
