I didn't place the switch "by guess or by golly", I'm 6' and I tilt my wheel for my style of driving. I took a post-it note and traced the numbers/buttons on it to experiment with placement. I can see the numbers between the shift arm and the steering wheel hub much like you see in the picture (imagine the arm down in "D")... so there is a very narrow window for placement for me. I had to read the instructions to learn how to dim the display.

Thank you to everyone for all the help. I pulled the trigger and ordered from Clay today. Now I can't wait for them to arrive so I can install them. I love the pics of everyone's set up. Great inspiration for me.
