The question is, which gauge are you talking about? There's 6 of them...and depending on which one your talking about..there's a couple of things you could check to confirm if it's the gauge cluster or sensor. I still question if your grounds are good.

There's nothing wrong with the Edge Monitor...it's the Edge Juice tuner that's an item of concern for a stock truck.

The gage is engine temp. I know the battery terms are good I will check the other ends

I'm wondering if you don't have a short in the Vref wire or a chaffed harness. I'm not sure what kind of codes it will throw. I also feel like you're going to need something that will do advanced diagnostics for this problem.......

I wish we had the specific code(s?).
