Hey everybody! Had the idea too make a thread for everyones ford vehicles in the Nor Cal Chapter. Mines a 1995 F-250 4x4 PSD. Thought it would be fun too see the variety we have up here.
Didn't see the thread until now. My current one is a 1993 Eddie Bauer Bronco with the 351W engine. Totally stock except for Warn manual locking front hubs. However, I will be acquiring the F-100 in my sig sometime within the next year, and there maybe a 1990 Ford F-250 4x4 in my future as well. It has the 460/E4OD combo and is setup to tow a 5th wheel trailer (which is part of the package deal).
Mine is a 96 F150 300 M5OD. I just dumped the 2.73's for 3.55's and a limited slip. Other than that, it's mostly stock except for Magnaflow cats, muffler, and a matching ******** tonneau.
Sounds like your becoming quite a ford collector Jim. Glad you have tastes for both older and newer fords. When the funds become available I have some future plans for another ride, as a back up to the PSD.
Mine are in my siggy, but what I have left in the fleet are an 05 Super Duty F350 4x4, crew cab, short bed, 6 liter Power Stroke diesel/auto trans and a 74 F250 4x4 4 spd trans with a 1968 Lincoln 460ci engine under the hood.
My others have found other fates out of the fleet and I do miss them terribly. These included a 76 F250 4x4, a 73 F250 4x4 and a 65 F100 4x4.
Mine is in my homepage. Maybe this summer Jim will plan something where we all get together.
Oh, btw I`m losing my truck soon as kid turns 16 next month. That or I`m leaning towards buying him his own and keeping mine. I hate to part with it.
I know where you can get a Bronco real cheap! Or buy him a cheap fixer upper so he can learn how to be a mechanic.
I hope I have a job by this summer so I can afford the gas to go to a gtg I set up.
Jim
Not going down that road again. Hows it been holding up? What do you think about this?
