302 Blowing Dipstick

Alright, so here's a question one of my buddys had. He just bought a 69 f100 with a 302 and a three speed. I don't know what is done to it or anything like that, i juat saw a couple pictures via email. He asked me what could be causing his oil dipstick to be pushing out when he starts to drive the truck. I told him i thought it could be the first owner either put a HV or HP oil pump on there and he was getting too much pressure or that his valve cover breathers may need to be changed....any ideas? i'd like to help him out.

The engine oil dipstick tube fits into the timing cover, has a bracket made as part of it that bolts to the timing cover.

If the tube's bracket and/or the bolt is missing, the whole enchilada could wiggle out of the timing cover. Lawd only knows where it could end up.

If it's popping the dipstick out, it has excessive crankcase pressure (not oil pressure). This is either a lack of breather/proper PCV setup, or excessive blowby. That would be either bad rings or just a completely worn out engine.
