Yes. Screws are on the back side and toward the bottom. Under the air box. It really isn't too bad once you have done it one time.

Yes it does. Couldn't even get to the needle jets unless we split the carbs apart so those we left alone. Shouldn't be a huge difference. They are only one setting off ideal so...

I think that is a misprint says its a 141x2 track, looks more like a 121 to me.
