I've been slowly going out of shape for about 3 years. My body doesn't like me right now. Knee pain (was left, now right), foot pain (trying to hold that off) and back pain. You'd think chasing 3 kids under the age of 9 would give you enough exercise all by itself.

Evening everyone!! Well .. I think we've decided to replace the van and buy something decent for Katie if we can get a small loan ($2K). Then I'll drive the plastic pile around town until it either dies or I decide to attempt fixing it myself. We need the truck for camping.
Looking at Bonneville or Grand Prix at the moment. I had a 99 GP GT. Other than the transmission going on me twice and the intake gaskets failing three times (mechanic stupidity), it was a great car. We were dumb to sell it. Oh well ...
