Jim, I've read a couple of write up's about testing them....sound like you can (set parking brake) turn key to on...no start put vehicle in reverse and go back to the sensor and listen or feel the sensor tick. That's a good one. Going to try that today, but Dave and I checked it b4 purchase and the scanner said 3 were bad. But until I pull the bumper off and look, it is possible that it's a wiring problem.

Jim, I've found a few online, but the parts store's don't carry them. Ford want's 150 each.

That's the backup sensor or power outlet?
