Well, need more time now! The gasket stuff says 24 hours to dry totally, longer if its cold, so I think that I am going to wait until tomorrow to put the gear oil in, I'd rather wait a night than have to do the job over!

And i just went and looked at that truck. Interior is mint, but both right doors have an inch of rot on the bottom, i could push my finger through the rear diff cover and the oil pan is leaking and theres a puddle of oil under the truck. And he wants 20 grand for it, nice. good luck

Miles, that is a common theme with that dealer. the trucks look nice from a distance, like that grey drw 350 w/stacks, but they are all beat up and over priced. usually so overpriced that you are still getting ripped off after talking him down.
