Wow, it was a long week. Almost done!!! Oh wait, then it starts all over again in two days. Doh! Man this job sucks!
On another note, also not positive. It appears my truck has developed a new leak. Appears to be coming from the steering box. More investigation is required.

Both F550 alternators tested good and are back on the engine which is ready to go back in the truck at any time.

Brought my trucks axle shaft to the machine shop, the got the old bearing off, and pressed on the new bearing & keeper for me!

Glad you didn't have to buy a bearing splitter.

Yea, it was just easier this way. The gap on the table for my press isn't big enough to let the outside of the axle shaft pass through. That's why I was like WTF how do I do this before. This is what I was talkin about Jim! It just wont fit!
