Good morning guys.
Aaron the PL Premium is the only thing to use, just don't get it on your hands or you will have it on for a week.
I have been using Ipe for years. It is on my decks and porch.
Kyle if you put Ipe in water it will sink. I think it is the best decking. They used it on the boardwalk in Atlantic City.
Like Jim said it is a tropical hard wood with a dark walnut type color that grays to a silver gray.
I did a deck a few years ago that was 1000sf in it, I went through a LOT of bits.
The GRK torx screws work good Jim.

I recently had to cut over 1000 Ipe plugs for a bench/railing/stair.
OMG, did that suck.
The yellow/green dust was everywhere and irritated the heck out of my eyes and skin (I was smart enough to wear a mask)
Big advantage?
It is very hard so it does not dent or scratch easily.
It has a somewhat interlocked grain like Elm or Purpleheart, so it does not split easily.

this girl i went to high school with named brittany works at the milford one and her name is hillary there. just like 50% of the hooters girls ive met.
im just skeptical because of the brittany instance, and can it really be possible that every hot girl at hooters is named hillary.
I mean does every parent that has a hot daughter decide to name their daughter hillary? and if so, where does hillary clinton fall under this unspoken rule? who let that one slide by?
