Idk the codes I took it to the dealer and they did the diagnostic read. And they said the fuel pump was bad and was causing 5 injectors to misfire. I've always changed the filters regularly but never used motor craft, I buy them on eBay.
There are MANY cases where aftermarket filters do not properly remove the water, bypass from a leaking o-ring, or deform due to excessive pressure drop.
All of these can/will damage injectors.
Many 6.0L engines have low fuel pressure due to a weak regulator spring. Ford has an upgraded spring that corrects the issue. Fuel pressures under 45 psig is the #1 cause of injector failures.
A fuel pressure sending unit and gauge installation is highly recommended.
The HFCM's (fuel pumps) are not all that common of a failure part.
Many times multiple injector codes really means a bad FICM (fuel injection control module). Testing the FICM volts is a necessary thing to do from time-to-time IMO.
google time. start w/ looking at the dieselmanor.com site or doing a search here on FTE.
lots of choices. you will first need a sending unit installed on the test port at the base of the secondary fuel filter. Then connect the sending unit to a gauge. Some people (me included) bought a hose that allows the sending unit to be located near the drivers side battery - where it is easier to get to (wiring, etc).
