Tim,
The trailer is basically a "mobile" hobby shop with sleeper in the front. I go around the country to RC (remote control) airplane (mostly turbine jets) events selling hobby parts, etc.
I can't remember, but either this thread or the 1 pager has some pics of the inside of the trailer and a few pics of some jets I have/had. I'll post a few below.
The MS event is Mississippi Afterburner, a jet event I'm going to. Then I'm off to SC on the 10th, then NC on the 22nd.
Jeez those airplanes are awesome!!!
I heard some have controls now, so you can operate them over wifi, have you ever used that gear?
Good evening guys, Nice truck and trailer Shawn. I like your bikes also.

The new truck is awesome. A little over 200 miles and I'm averaging 18MPG. Did a quick run up the interstate yesterday and got 22MPG on the highway. All according to the computer so I don't know how accurate it is but if it's close I'll be thrilled!.
Getting used to the size - this sucker is LONG! But it rides pretty nice for a 1 ton. I've added the steps (Westine stainless) and a Thule Xsporter rack (for the kayaks).
For anyone interested, here's a link to some photos I took of the rig. Ford F350
Oh, and here a picture of what comes next week. What do you think Jerry, can she handle it?
I use my leaf blower to dry the truck off sometimes, specially the wheels then I wipe it down with a towel or shamy ........ .I also have a California squeagy
I use a synthetic shammy. I had the real deal for a couple years, but the synthetic works better in my opinion. The leaf blower is a great idea for the wheels Gerry. I never though of that. I usually start up the compressor and use air, but a leaf blower would be easier.
I use the air compressor to blow the weather strip on the windows dry, so they don't streak when I put them down............. plus it blows any sand/dust out of there...... I hate the scratchy noise when the windows are lowered with sand in there
I have a stihl backpack blower for me and a smaller handheld one for wifey. They get lots of work around here. Have to try the smaller one on the truck. It's a grab and go thing...no hose to reel up either.
I need to wash my truck too. It looks awful. It's an all day job it seems tho. We have such hard water that if you don't wipe it down right away, it gets all spotted. It needs a good old fashioned hand waxing too. Geez, I'm already tired just thinking about it.
I like the leaf blower idea Gerry. Thanks for the tip.
The other day I was looking my truck over and noticed the left front hubcap has come in contact with something and is cracked. it looks like it was hit with a hammer. Anyway, I need a new one. Anybody out there want to sell one? Are they all the same for the front axle, whether it's a dually or not? Also, has to be for a 4X4 and in great condition. A friend of mine just bought an '08 F-450. It's a good looking truck. He and his wife are over the road truckers and they are going to start a RV Transport business. I noticed he is missing his right front hubcap. They look the same as mine. So I might need two fronts.
