They gave me a shot that made my whole arm hurt like crazy for about an hour. They told me I'd start feeling better within 24 hours and I sure hope they're right.

John it was 72 yesterday. so wifey fired up grill and cooked us some yard bird.Boy it was good. ands its not gonna be that warm here today. Get better soon.
